At the time of the presentation of our “Genetic Programming Needs Better Benchmarks” paper at GECCO 2012, we launched a GP community survey. The aim was to gather opinions from the GP community concerning benchmarks and experimental practice, in order to support further action such as proposing a new standard benchmark suite, only if the community is in favour.
The survey has now closed and some results are available:
